International Photographic Exhibition Staged at Islampur

Webdesk, TNI Islampur, 25^th December 2016: Northern Photographic Society organized a Photography exhibition termed as ‘Photo Festival 2016’ in Islampur. For the inauguration of the festival the dignitaries present were the State minister of the Department of Panchayat & Rural Development, GOWB Mr. Golam Rabbani, Islampur and Islampur Municipality chairman Mr. Kanhaiyalal Agarwal, DM of Uttar Dinajpur Smt. Ayesha Rani and others. Mr. Kanhaiyalal Agarwal and Mr. Golam Rabbani expressed that they will extend their helping hand for the development of an International Art Gallery at Islampur. Speaking to the press the secretary of Northern Photographic Society Mr. Pranay Banik informed that photographers from Germany, France, Bangladesh, Argentina, Saudia Arabia and Spain participated along with their Indian counterparts. The exhibition will continue till tomorrow.
